Oakshire – Hellshire VII – Russian Imperial Stout 13.75% ABV
Description: We formulated the burliest Russian Imperial Stout that we could dream up and laid it to rest for the last year in freshly dumped bourbon barrels. What has emerged is a massive and deeply complex entity that we are excited to share with the world.

Rogue – Old Crustacean Barleywine (2014) – Barleywine 11.5% ABV
Description: An unfiltered and unfined Barleywine. Intense, robust, malty and dark. The cognac of beers. Rogue’s barleywine is described by beer expert Stuart Ramsey as: “A masterful, intense creation from brewer John Maier….it has achieved a depth and complexity usually associated with well-ages strong ales.”

Fort George – 10th Anniversary Barleywine – Barleywine 12.5% ABV
Description: Raise a toast with everyone at Fort George as we celebrate our 10th anniversary. The brewery has put together this special Sweet Virginia Series barleywine to commemorate the occasion. A strong barley base balanced with heaping hop additions, all carefully aged in Adelsheim and Argyle Pinot Noir barrels in the windows of the Lovell Showroom. With a barleywine this strong, it will get better and better with age – just like Fort George.

Silver Moon – Brokedown Palace – BBA Imperial Brown Ale – 8.9% ABV
Description: Imperial Brown Ale aged in Oregon Spirit bourbon barrels

Wolf Tree – King of the Forest – Flanders Oud Bruin Sour – 7% ABV
Description: An Oud Bruin brewed with Sitka Spruce tips, coastal blackberries and aged in Pinot Noir barrels for 10 months. Very complex beer that is both sweet and tart. Light berry flavors combine with a malty backbone and a strong oak finish

Gigantic – Pipewrench – BA Imperial IPA – 8% ABV

Deschutes – Cultivateur – BA Saison – 8% ABV

A Reserve release that’s straight from the farmhouse, Cultivateur represents our own take on a barrel-aged classic. Blending saison, brett, and sour styles to build depth and complexity, Cultivateur offers a crisp, rustic flavor profile perfect for sharing life’s simple pleasures.

Deschutes – Black Butte XXIX – Imperial Porter – 12% ABV
Description: Imperial porter brewed with Dutched cocoa, Saigon cinnamon, and cayenne. with an imperial, barrel-aged version of our flagship Black Butte Porter. This year, to celebrate 29 years, of brewing, we’ve added Chocolate Malt, cocoa and cinnamon for another multi-layered flavor experience.

Rogue – Rolling Thunder – Russian Imperial Stout – 11.8% ABV
Description: Black with ruby hues, Rolling Thunder Imperial Stout delivers a complex array of aromas and flavors that explode upon drinking, making this culmination of grain, oak, time and effort a revolutionary experience brought forth by the only brewery-distillery cooperage in the country.

Goose Island – Lolita – American Wild Ale – 8.7% ABV

Ex Novo – Belly Rub Sour – Saison – 7% ABV

Deschutes – Abyss (2016) – Imperial Stout – 11.1% ABV
Description: A deep, dark Imperial Stout, The Abyss has almost immeasurable depth and complexity. Hints of molasses, licorice and other alluring flavors make it something not just to quaff, but contemplate. 50% aged for 12 months in Bourbon, Oregon Oak, & Pinot Noir casks

2 Towns – Cidre Bouche – Barrel Aged Cider – 7%
Description: Inspired by the bittersweet ciders of France, Cidre Bouché is made using an old-world process called keeving. Starting with 100% traditional cider varieties like Kingston Black, Michelin, Reine des Pommes, Dabinett and Muscat de Lense, we let the fruit ‘sweat’ and intensify in aroma. The apples are crushed and left to soak on the skins before the juice is fermented slowly over the course of a year, and aged in French oak casks. When finished, this keeved cider is rich, thick, and brimming with overripe bittersweet apple character

We are working on getting a barrel aged cider or two as well and we might add another beer or two as well depending on availability before the event. 😀

Construction Updates

Follow along here and on our Facebook page to see the updates as the remodel of the Century Building continues.  The front of the building is mostly done with the new colors and the sidewalk has been redone.  We will post pictures as we take them of the different phases as construction moves along.  We are anxious to get through this process and invite you all to come down, relax and have a few beers or ciders with us.  Until that time, keep us with the progress here or on Facebook.
